Mentor Programs
Diamonds In the Rough offer mentoring programs in academic, athletic, and professional development that provide life skills and transferable skills to our members. Our programs are goal-oriented processes that help each member with their weaknesses while sustaining their strengths.
The members select which program they choose based off their personal goal, then an individualized plan is created for them to follow. Each program will consist of goal setting, evaluations, monitoring of progress, motivation to be consistent, and much more. Our programs are available to elementary, middle school, and high school students, as well as college volunteers.
When our members complete the program, they are more confident, more compliant to authority, more aware of their health, and prepared for future success! This is a hybrid program partially completed online.
