Diamonds In the Rough Sports, Entertainment & Education is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2010.
Our goal is to provide our youth with the tools and skills they need to succeed in life, regardless of their circumstances.
We offer programs and resources that boost each member's awareness and self-esteem.
The D.I.R.S.E.E organization teaches each member different transferable skills, values and objectives that will benefit them throughout their lives. In addition, each member will learn how to be compliant to authority and learn the importance of becoming self-sufficient. Our programs are available to elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as college volunteers.
At D.I.R.S.E.E., we're committed to creating a sustainable future for our organization and the communities we serve. We believe that by investing in our young people and providing them with the skills they need to succeed, we can help build a brighter future for all.
The sustainability of our services and programs has allowed us to help numerous members change their trajectory from being incarcerated to going to college. In addition, our members have received academic and athletic college scholarships collectively amounting to over 10 million dollars.
