Win-Win Elite has been very instrumental to Diamonds In The Rough's success. Win-Win Elite have provided athletic individual developmental plans, training sessions, accountability checks, 7v7 football tournaments, college tours and access to prestigious camps. Win-Win Elite focus on enhancing our members social, mental, physical and leadership skills. These skills have assisted our members to drastically improve their attendance in school, grades, conduct and game play execute!
